First Visit

Do you wish there was a way to save time at Tetting & Tetting, DDS? If so, our dentists and team are happy to help you! We will provide your new patient forms electronically to be filled out on any mobile device or email for your convenience. Drs. Paul and Faith Tetting will invite you to complete an electronic link with a scheduled New Patient appointment. This will help ensure you will have a shorter wait time and your dentist will be able to give you your dental care in a timely manner. A parent must accompany minor patients to their first dental appointment. For unaccompanied minors, non-emergency treatment may be denied unless a parent has given our office prior consent to treat the minor patient and made financial arrangements.

Insurances Accepted

As a courtesy to you, we will assist you in submitting your dental insurance claims. It is the patient’s responsibility to know all aspects of their insurance plan and provide our office with their insurance cards. The agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.

Please remember that no insurance company will cover all dental costs.

We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. While insurance is pending, you will receive a statement once a month. If your insurance carrier does not make payment within 60 days of claim submission, you are responsible for the entire balance. Balances over 60 days are subject to a monthly 1% late fee.

We accept all major insurances. We are in network with Delta Dental Premier, Humana, and Metlife.

Financial Options

Our dentists, Drs. Paul and Faith Tetting, work hard to provide affordable and accessible dental care in Appleton, Wisconsin. We accept most insurance plans, and as a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your dental insurance.

For those without insurance, we appreciate payment on the day the service is performed. The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Cash/Check (patients wtihout insurance will receive a 5% discount when paid on the same day service is provided)

• Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa)
